By using PlatePal NG, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

PlatePal NG is a vehicle document tracking and renewal assistance platform. We help Nigerian car owners track their document expiry dates and submit renewal requests.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the document information you enter.
• You must not use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Renewal Service

When you submit a renewal request and make payment, you are engaging our assisted renewal service. We will make best efforts to complete renewals within the communicated timeframe, but cannot guarantee outcomes due to dependencies on third-party government agencies.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack or Flutterwave. Renewal fees are non-refundable once processing has begun. Refunds for failed renewals will be handled case by case.

5. Reminders

We provide reminder notifications as a convenience. We are not liable for any fines, penalties, or consequences resulting from missed renewals, even if a reminder was not sent or received.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of PlatePal NG is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

PlatePal NG is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
